I've come to consider that if I am indeed what I eat, then it might also stand that the foods I choose to intake have a major impact on what and how I write (i.e., snacking interacts with my neurotransmitters functionality).
In mustering the energy to write or whilst writing, often times I need to explore my creative urges via baking, cooking, and eating.
I try to snack intelligently (e.g., eating healthy foods, being cognizant of sugar, staying hydrated, etc.) in order to keep my energy high, boost my brain power and increase my productivity; however, I do have guilty food pleasures.
Some may be lacking in essential vitamins and minerals but they make up for in the monolithic and mundane categories (e.g., some snacks are from my childhood, which triggers sense memory for writing purposes).
Additionally, I take multivitamins, exercise, sleep well, and engage in self care to offset my occasional snacking lol.
